We aim to reply within one business day. Often faster during beta.
What to include for support requests
- The email address on your Propertybot account
- The browser and device you're using (e.g., “Chrome on iPhone”)
- A short description of what you were trying to do and what happened instead
- A screenshot if relevant — paste-able images in email are fine
- If the issue involves a specific showing prep, the URL of the prep page (e.g., propertybot.ai/prep/xxxx)
What to include for billing
- The email on your account
- The Stripe receipt or transaction ID (in the Stripe confirmation email you received)
- What you'd like us to do — refund, credit replacement, invoice correction, etc.

Press, partnerships, integrations
Same address — hello@propertybot.ai — but please write “PRESS”, “PARTNER”, or “INTEGRATION” in the subject line so we route it quickly.
Security disclosures
If you've found a security vulnerability, please email hello@propertybot.aiwith “SECURITY” in the subject. We'll respond within 48 hours and work with you on responsible disclosure. We do not yet run a paid bug bounty but we recognize and credit security researchers who help us.
